This is my second review. Its important so I have to do it. The order for a 3ft dowel was placed by me to make a long leaf wall hanging. It was delivered to kolkata. But when I recieved the dowel was broken. I spoke to Sanpreetji and inforrmed her about receiving a broken dowel and immediately she couriered a new one to me with no questions asked. Thats the best customer service they give. I would always be a loyal customer to Dhaagewali.
