INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
1. We do provide shipments to all the countries. Currently, we don’t have an international payment gateway to accept payment from customers outside India. Kindly reach out to us on whatsapp or email us before placing an international order to avoid any post order hassle.
2. Priority international shipment may take approximately 10 (ten) Business Days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
OTHER RULES
1. The shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been placed on the Website.
2. While We shall strive to ship all your ordered products together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
3. The Cash on delivery option is available for certain categories of products.
4. Partial refunds will not be entertained.

We endeavour to engage logistic partners, employees, agents with the highest standards and ethics, you agree and acknowledge that the actions, inactions of the delivery individuals are not in our control, and it is not possible for us to monitor and observe each delivery executive and We shall not be liable for any action or inaction from the part of logistic partners. Any disputes between You and logistics partners shall be settled between you and the logistics partner.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

2. If You have entered the wrong shipping information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed delivery and customer will have to bear additional cost (Cost of Return shipment to Studio and Forward shipment with correct Pin code to customer).

Returns & exchange
All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
An irregular weave or print or a stitch should not be taken as a defect as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product.
Despite these variables, at Dhaagewali, we stand behind the quality of our products and we allow return/exchange of your purchase in certain circumstances.
• We have a 48-hour Exchange/ Return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.
• To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt of purchase and other relevant proof i.e., unboxing video of the package.

• You have to self-ship the product and We will not cover the shipping charges for Return/Exchange.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note: Refunds are processed through Razorpay, which charges a 5% transaction fee. This means the amount you receive will be 5% less than the original price you paid. For example, if you made a payment of â‚ą100, you will receive â‚ą95 in return. The refund process through Razorpay takes approximately 1 week.

Reshipment Policy
Suppose a product is returned to us because of unsuccessful delivery attempts (e.g., the package was not received or picked up by the customer), and you would like us to reship the item. In that case, you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs.

No Refund for Initial Shipping Costs: Please note that the initial shipping costs are non-refundable, as the service was provided in attempting the first delivery.
